Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Pro AI Detector, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

Service Description

Pro AI Detector provides AI content detection analysis using machine learning algorithms. Our tool analyzes submitted text and provides a probabilistic assessment of whether the content was generated by AI. Results are estimates and should not be used as the sole basis for consequential decisions.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Pro AI Detector only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our service to harass, abuse, or harm others, or to submit content that violates any applicable law. Automated bulk submissions require prior written authorization.

Accuracy Disclaimer and No Warranty

THE PRO AI DETECTOR SERVICE AND ALL ASSOCIATED TOOLS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS STRICTLY FOR EDUCATIONAL AND RESEARCH PURPOSES. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY DETECTION RESULTS OR STATISTICS PROVIDED. No AI detection tool is 100% accurate. Our results represent statistical probabilities and forensic estimates, not definitive judgments. False positives (flagging human text as AI) and false negatives (failing to detect AI text) can and will occur. You acknowledge that using our results as a definitive basis for academic, professional, legal, or other consequential decisions is done entirely at your own risk.

Intellectual Property

The Pro AI Detector service, including its algorithms, interface, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any text you submit for analysis. We do not claim any rights to your submitted content.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PRO AI DETECTOR LAB, ITS FOUNDERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS SERVICE. This includes, but is not limited to, any academic penalties, job terminations, legal disputes, or reputational damage resulting from reliance on our detection results.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pro AI Detector Lab and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms of Service; (iii) your reliance on any test results or output of the Service; or (iv) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service following any changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
